From your Navigation Header, click on the Admin Profile icon.  Select Notifications Preferences.  Each category of possible notification is listed.  By default, you will automatically receive both mobile and in-app notifications immediately for every category.  To modify the delivery method default settings, simply click on the checkmark to deselect "App" or "Mobile".  To modify the delivery frequency default setting, click the down arrow and select "Never".  Remember to click Save when you have made all of your modifications to your preferences.
